   Bought 3 of these and only 2 work

   My wife has chronic COPD/ASTHMA and needs these basically to breath her meds in emergency situations. So, who uses 3 items at one time. Ordered Dec, ...More

   My wife has chronic COPD/ASTHMA and needs these basically to breath her meds in emergency situations. So, who uses 3 items at one time. Ordered Dec, 17 2024 and got about a week later. Well who uses 3 of the same items at one time. Finally unboxed the third one the other day because of the need to have in another place. Well it leaks through the battery compartment. I explained that it was thoroughly cleaned, dried and new batteries installed. Put medication in it and it immediately started leaking again. They say since my "order" date. The 30 day return window is gone. They wont even send a replacement.. Hell, even stopped talking to me in the chat window. I was thinking this was a good company to get more items from but i guess i was wrong. I'll never do business with these people again unless they make this right. So I'm going to copy this post to see if they even allow it to be posted..Maybe give this company 30 days to fix their wrong before posting it on all sites so others don't go through the same thing. Thanks for everyone's time.

   Item is amazingly quiet! Mist is very very fine I was afraid it wouldn’t work for my asthma. However I did try it with nebulizer solution and it cleared me up. This is awesome to carry along if need a quick unexpected treatment. I would still carry a rescue inhaler but this is handy, small, quiet and effective for me.
