Usage Instructions:

1. Pour a packet of 2.7g nasal wash salt into the water bottle and add warm water up to the 300ml mark.
2. Ensure the water temperature is around 37℃ for optimal comfort.
3. Thoroughly mix the nasal wash salt until completely dissolved and tighten the cap securely.
4. Select the appropriate nozzle based on age: child nasal wash tip for children, adult tip for adults.
5. Adopt the correct posture: Lean forward with the upper body, look down, and tilt the head slightly to one side.
6. Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril and breathe through the mouth. Press the valve button to allow the solution to flow.
7. Rotate to wash both nostrils, releasing the button to stop the solution flow after each nostril rinse.
8. Follow precautionary measures and storage guidelines for safe and effective usage.

1. Use only nasal wash salt provided; avoid using water or regular salt substitutes.
